We believe women need to work from their hearts to transform their lives into something more authentic. 

Toni sees a lot of women wanting the best for their families and friends, yet not being willing to give themselves the same care. We all have strengths, and her role is to guide her clients to identify theirs and turn them into action. With a compassionate and inclusive approach, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored specifically for women with Autism and ADHD, Toni works with an individualised, creative approach to each client.

Her practice is focused in recognizing the diverse experiences of individuals, including those assigned female at birth (AFAB), trans women, and individuals across the LGBTQI spectrum. With 29 years of experience, she is dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space for women of all identities, fostering empowerment, resilience, and meaningful connections. Join her on a journey of self-discovery and growth, where acceptance and commitment pave the way for a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Individual therapy

You may be referred by your GP with a diagnosis such as anxiety or depression or a late diagnosis of ADHD or Autism, or even questioning if you might perhaps have ADHD or Autism. This can be a really challenging time, and together we will work on understanding how to overcome the obstacles you face in improving your mental health and understanding your diagnosis. This will include a clinical assessment and the use of psychological tools and strategies to address your issues. Toni is trained and qualified to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss and substance misuse, as well as other presentations.

Workshops

Our workshops provide training and information to address issues including dealing with negative thoughts, learning to use your mind more effectively, increasing your self-compassion, learning to cope better with negative and painful feelings and determining your way forward and what your best life could look like.
